New Markets Tax Credit Allocation Community Impacts

The goal of the New Markets Tax Credit Program is to provide economic stimulus in economically distressed neighborhoods and communities. The Community Impacts below are the totals from all of our NMTC projects in Louisville. These impacts demonstrate the success to date of Louisville Development Bancorp and our partners in utilizing NMTC to create sustainable, measurable economic growth where it is most needed in Louisville.
