The Bancorp's real estate development affiliate (LREDC) contributes to the home ownership component of the Bancorp's mission by spurring housing revitalization in the Investment Area.

Louisville Enterprise Group

The Bancorp's non-profit affiliate, the Louisville Enterprise Group (LEG), concentrates on assisting business start-ups and expansions as well as providing training for both businesspersons and residents alike.

All four organizations share the same mission statement and leadership.
