Pedro A. Bryant Chairman, President & Chief Executive Louisville Community Development Bank   President & Chief Executive Louisville Enterprise Group				Prior to joining Louisville Community Development Bank, Mr. Bryant was President and CEO of American State Bank in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  His background also includes other management positions at banks in Georgia and South Carolina.  Mr. Bryant has also taught undergraduate economics at Savannah State University.   Mr. Bryant earned an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Morris Brown College and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Georgia Southern University.  He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware and American Bankers Association's American Institute of Banking with diplomas in Commercial Credit, Consumer Lending and General Banking.
Lori L. Elam CPA Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer				Ms. Elam has over 15 years in banking with experience in audit, financial statements, tax, risk management, compliance and retail. Her background includes eight years in public accounting at a regional firm that specializes in services for financial institutions. Lori earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Louisville. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
