Fee Schedule

The following fees are effective January 1, 2008:

	Returned ACH Fee	$30.00 per item
	Insufficient funds (NSF)/Returned Check Fee	$30.00 per item
	Loan Late Fee (applicable to loans made after January 2005)	$35.00 or 5% of loan payment,            whichever is greater
